Turmeric Spiced Bliss Balls

Ingredients:

2 c macadamias (1c coarsely chopped, 1c finely pulsed in food processor)
2 c cashews (also finely pulsed in processor)
2.5 tsp turmeric latte mix (or make your own with turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, vanilla, cardamom and black pepper)
1/2 tsp extra cinnamon
4-6 medjool dates (depending on your sweet tooth)

Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor (minus the coarse macadamias). Once blended, place in a mixing bowl and add the coarse macadamias. Roll into balls and set in the fridge for 20 min.
