Kefir & Berry Jellies
Ingredients:
1 cup organic berries of choice
1 cup babushka coconut/milk kefir
1 cup water
2 tablespoons organic gelatin
1 teaspoon Acai powder
1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder
Heat the berries in a small pot on low temperature until it turns into a sauce. Blend well to reduce any chunks. Add in the acai powder and vanilla and stir until well mixed. Then add the gelatin with the water. Remove from the heat and stir in the kefir until everything is combined.
Please note: Don't overheat the gelatin. If it is too hot, let it cool down before adding in the kefir so that you preserve the probiotic bacteria.
