Collagen and Greens Acai Bowl

Ingredients

1c frozen organic blueberries
½ c frozen mango
½ c fresh spinach
1 tbl greens powder (our favourite is Morlife Greenz for Kids or Raw Greens)
1-2 tbl collagen powder (make sure yours mixes well in cold)
1 frozen ripe banana
1 pure unsweetened Acai smoothie packet
½ cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk

Toppings: Can be any choice of: paleo muesli, shredded or desiccated coconut, chopped fruit, hemp seeds, buckwheat or cacao nibs

Instructions

Add the blueberries, mango, spinach, greens powder, collagen, banana and acai to a Nutri Bullet (or other high powered blender), stopping to push down sides of blender if needed. Add more liquid or frozen fruit to get a thick but movable consistency.
Pour the acai mixture into a wide, shallow bowl, then add toppings and enjoy!
