Chia & Apple Bircher Muesli
 Ingredients:
 1/2 c chia seeds
 3 tbl flax seeds or LSA
 3 tbl shredded coconut
 1 c unsweetened coconut yogurt
 400 ml unsweetened almond or coconut milk
 1 tbl pure vanilla essence
 1 lg green apple, grated
 1/2 c blueberries
 Top with kiwi, pear, figs or buckwheat
 
Mix all ingredients until well blended. Set in fridge overnight and enjoy the goodness in the morning!
