Avocado Cacao Mousse
ingredients:
1/4 cup of pitted dates soaked for at least 3 hours or a medjool dates soaked for 1 hour
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
1 teaspoon chia powder
3/4 cup mashed avocados (1 1/2 avocados)
1/4 cups plus 2 tablespoon raw cacao powder
1/4 cup water
Method:
Place the dates, maple syrup and vanilla in a food processor and process. Add the avocado, chia and cacao powder, process and add the water. Set in the fridge for about an hour then enjoy!!
